Shipping policy

3D Printed Products

All 3D Printed Products are made to order. Please allow an additional 3 business days to process your order. During the Holidays, please allow 10+ business days to process your order.  These processing times may increase significantly during holidays and sales such as our Black Friday Sale. Please refer to our MTO shipping policies listed within the item description.

Products from 3rd party vendors, when in stock, typically ship within 2 business days. During our annual Holiday sale, in stock product may take 5-7 days to process. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order processes.

We make every effort to communicate the status of your order as it is processed and shipped. 

Pre-Orders

We offer certain products for sale before the date which they are available to the general public, these are typically labeled as Pre-Orders. When you place a Pre-Order we will ship you the Pre-Order item on the day it is available for sale to the general public. If for some reason we are unable to ship you the Pre-Order item on that day, you are eligible for a full refund.

Transit Companies

We utilize UPS and USPS as our shipping couriers.

Times vary based on destination. But tend to be 5 Business Days.

Tracking Information

Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page. 

Next Day Dispatch

Some of the products we sell are made to order and will take extra time to ship out. Our handling time varies between 1-10 business days for 3D Printed Products.

Free Shipping

Orders of $100+ and shipping to the 48 Continental United States qualify for free shipping.

Orders of $200+ and shipping to the Non Contiguous United States qualify for free shipping.

Our shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order as well as the destination location. To get a real-time shipping quote, please put the item(s) in your cart and proceed to check-out. After entering the country and postal code on the cart page, all the shipping options and associated costs will appear.
